We had a great experience at this villa. Mr. Lorenzo helped us carry our bags up the stairs and was always in touch. The view is amazing and the private terrace is fantastic. Yes the walk up is quite a view stairs but I enjoyed the exercise and everywhere in Positano has stairs! The walk down to the beach was 15-20 minutes. We loved staying here and the price is a normal deal compared to hotels in the area!

Beautiful views of the ocean and positano. Very easy to access the bus but a good bit of a walk to any restaurants or shops. It is do-able, you just need to know that ahead of time. The manager, Maria, was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great time!

The house was incredible - beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as pictured / described. An incredibly romantic villa in a superbly picturesque small town on the coast. I'd recommend Praiano (over positano or amalfi) to anyone coming to visit and we will almost certainly be booking Maria's villa again, and bringing a crowd!

The villa was incredibly beautiful with an amazing view of the sea. The terrace is even larger than the photos show, and there are three full bedrooms, easily accommodating three couples. There is a great restaurant, a grocery store, and a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk from the villa. Everything was clean, beautiful and as pictured. The bathroom was stunning, with a modern garden bathtub with jets and giant window facing the sea. Note that if you bring a car, plan to pay around 10 euros daily to park in a nearby lot.

Villa was just like on the pictures - very nice with a breathtaking view. Landlord's nephew met us and helped us to bring the luggage up the 60 stairs. As well as provided a parking place which is a must in Positano if you're travelling with a car! All was good, except for minor things like no real sun-beds on the terrace which is ok because there is shade most of the day and only one set of towels per person even if you're staying as long as 7 nights. We had to move out no later than 10 am and there was no chance to stay longer as the villa was booked for next bunch of travellers. And last but not least - note that little ants are all over this place - not just the villa but the town. You kind of get used to them after a few days though )

We loved this house. It was spotless and absolutely beautiful. We did not have very clear directions about where to meet Maria, which seemed to put us on the wrong foot, so we didn't experience Maria's hospitality the way others described. But we still had a fantastic time and would recommend this home for its location and beauty.

This house is in a remarkable position on the coast. Many places along the coast lose the sun early in the day when the location is in a fjord or around a bend in the coastline, but this house is positioned for sun all day. It's a very easy walk to the main road and the little beach village of Marina di Praia is fantastic. It has everything you need except a grocery store. (Even so, the local grocery will deliver to you for free.) The sheets are a little scratchy. For the price of the place I do wish the owner would upgrade sheets, fix some broken floor tiles, and fix the sun loungers to make the stay more luxurious. Even so -- these are minor issues to contend with considering the remarkable view you will enjoy during your stay. Don't miss Bar Mare/Petit Reataurant Donna Clelia at the beach. It's the best. And don't fail to walk south on the main road until you reach Furore. It's the location of a big diving championship each year and you will see crazy jumpers leaping into this secret beach which is nestled in a tiny fjord. It's awesome. Best boat hire for half or full day trips is La Sabilla. Ask for Andrea as your boat driver. Ask to go to Li Galli to anchor and swim. A gorgeous and legendary place to hang out and swim. If you run out of wine and don't want to hike to the grocery (Tutto per Tutti) there is a little beach bodega at La Conchiglia where you can buy wine, coffee, water, cornetti, and ice cream. Last tip: don't waste too much time and life energy taking busses between towns. Splurge a little and just take water taxis to Amalfi and Positano. Easier, faster, scenic views, and just a chic way to arrive at either town.

Maria was excellent in arranging the check-in process. She was very friendly and helpful in providing information about restaurants, shops, and sites in the area. The apartment was amazing and very spacious. There are few memories better than having an evening cocktail on that veranda watching the sunset; just a beautiful setting!
