We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and cute and the view is amazing. Maria met us and explained everything well and gave us a lot of tips on getting around town and the coast. We would love to stay here again!

This property was unreal. Unbelievable views, private pool was so great to have. Outside area was great and charming and had many areas to lounge in the sun and shade. There were great plants and flowers and beautiful nighttime lighting outdoors. Indoors the bedrooms were nice and large, bathrooms we're updated and clean and beautiful. A/c worked great. Kitchen was everything you need. Could have used more towels but everything else was great. There are many steps in the region in general and this place is no exception although it could have been much worse! There is a great market and restaurant about 50 yards away. Paolo met us and showed us to the house. If You have a car parking is not easy but doable, park it once and plan to leave it. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone else

Absolutely stunningly beautiful location. Could not have been more impressed with the views and surrounds. The Villa itself was even better than the pictures - clean, comfortable and huge. Easy to get around Amalfi coast from this location. The local bus to Positano was great and the supermarket down the lane had everything you could need. We loved it here and wouldn't hesitate to return! Perfecto!

What a wonderful and restful place! Villa Panorama certainly loved up to the images and our expectations. A bit of a tricky arrival with a plane delay forcing us to arrive late at night, but Maria who was very friendly and helpful arranged to have someone meet us in town and show us down to the villa. As many others have warned, the stairs (particularly late at night dragging bags and babies) were a slight shock and then dragging them back up not fun either. Perhaps some sort of porter service could be arranged. But absolutely our couple of days here were worth every minute. Would highly recommend and only wish we had more time to really soak in the beauty of the place. Thanks Maria - we loved it!

The place is fantastic and the location perfect. The pictures here don't do it justice. Best sunsets of the Amalfi coast from the porch. Praiano is a hidden gem. The host Maria was great, super helpful and a perfect communicator, made us feel very welcome and comfortable in this great little town!

We stayed in Positano for 3 nights. Our view was amazing and our location was right near the bus stop. Maria met us to give us the keys and fill us in on details about the property and answered questions about area restaurants etc. She also arranged transportation for us to Rome. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was no living room space but we really didn't stay in the apartment much anyway. There is a large outdoor space with lounge chairs and tables. We would recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Villa Amanda is truly amazing. The views from the two terraces and the roof do not disappoint. The pool is a great relief from the summer heat, and it is very kid friendly (the pool terrace has a separate gate) if you are traveling with children. The interiors are minimal, but you have everything you need. The bedrooms are on two floors, and the photos do not do the smaller upstairs bedroom justice. It is small, but opens on to a huge roof top that makes it feel much larger. The bathrooms are what you expect in Italy. Downstairs has only a hand held shower, and upstairs is small. Mr. Luigi was there to help us check in and helped with our bags, which was appreciated. If you are traveling with small children, or have trouble climbing many, many stairs, this villa may not be right for you. The closest grocery (Tutto per Tutti) is the best in town, but you still have over a 50 steps to get there! There are some fantastic restaurants near by, but the Main Street is quite far down the hill. I would love to come back to this villa. Praiano is still a small Italian town, where people say buongiorno on the street and most of the people you come across are locals, not tourists. It's also very easy to get to Positano if you want a beach day, as the beaches in Praiano are very small and basic by comparison. If you're looking for a sanctuary away from the Amalfi craziness, this town and villa will be a prefect location for a relaxing vacation!

We had a lovely stay at Maria's. She was so nice and drove down to help us find the apartment. The view is incredible. The apartment was clean and everything was very fresh and new. It's in a very peaceful part of town and everyone's so friendly. Great food and shops close by. The only things to note was the main bed was much too hard for my husband and I. We did struggle sleeping. Other than that it was a true delight. If you're an adventurer I highly recommend staying here, as the stairs are tricky.
