“The place was perfect for our stay in Praiano. It’s a little bit out of the way (think top of the hill), but that’s what we wanted. We were able to relax and spend time on the awesome pool deck and patio. Easy to get down the hill to good restaurants and grocery stores. Recommend taking the time to learn the local bus route as it was very reliable and got us home quickly. Overall a great experience!”

This is an amazing place. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are a ton of steps leading up to the house. But, the house is located near the top of Praiano, affording beautiful views of Positano and the Mediterranean. The grounds of the house are also beautiful- there are gardens, lemon trees, tomato plants and multiple large decks. Plus it's quiet and secluded- so it's a very peaceful way to start and end your day, away from the crowds of the towns below. This house is an absolute gem.

“El lugar es realmente maravilloso y la anfitriona muy atenta y amable. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, una vista insuperable y una playa a pocos pasos”

We really enjoyed our stay here in Praiano. What a special place! The house had all the amenities, most notably a stovetop espresso maker, toothpaste, hairdryer. Luca was incredible and helped us organize dinner and day trip to Capri. Praiano is not a crowded tourist spot like Amalfi, and is a bit remote but not complicated or difficult to get to if you do a little research before you arrive. We will definitely stay here again :)”

“It is all about the view of from Villa Panorama. There were six adults and one child and it worked perfectly for our needs. You just have to accept that in Italy, especially near the Amalfi coast. you are going to have to walk and get use to the steps. Wonderful location for an Amalfi vacation.”

“Praiano is a nice quieter alternative to the bigger and busier Positano. The house is lovely — clean, spacious (we are 2 adults and 2 kids) and had everything we needed. It is located high up on the hill with absolutely breathtaking views over the ocean and Positano. Perfect to sit in the morning and at sunset with a glass of wine. Be warned though, the view comes at the cost of a LOT of stairs up from the main road, I think we counted 700 in total!! It was a solid walk up for us, and we consider ourselves a fairly fit, young family! There was parking available on the first road below (about 300 steps!). Antonio, who greeted us was fantastic, he met us in the town when we arrived and we followed him up to the house. He very kindly helped us with our luggage — a word of advice, pack light! If you don't mind the climb Silvia House is fantastic and highly recommended Plus, there is the option of the local bus and taxi should you want an easier way back up.”

Wonderful place to stay The view from the balcony is spectacular. It seemed to get better everyday. The apartment was well kept. The kitchen could use a few more cooking items; however, we did not really cook in. There were a couple of the restaurants that had free shuttle service, which was wonderful. The deli also delivered and the food was fabulous. It was not a very far walk from the city center once you got use to walking on the busy curvy roads. We did not mind it after the first day. We did have Internet issues for a couple of days which stressed some in our group; however, I didn't mind, as it forced me to disconnect. It was back up the last couple of days. Our hosts were wonderful and Rosa was very informative.

The view of both towns is outstanding! You can even see parts of Capri from the balcony. The house is very near the bus stop. It is situated near Praiano. Going to other towns was very easy. The house is large and has plenty of space. Maria makes good recommendations which was helpful otherwise we would not have seen some of the towns we definitely were glad we stopped at. It was an excellent stay on the Amalfi Coast. Thanks!”
