This house does not disappoint. The views are spectacular. The food in the town is fantastic. The location to Positano and Amalfi is close without the cost of either. In this time here we vacationed with another couple. They stayed in one day to take in the views from the balcony while we ventured out on a rented scooter to Amalfi. Both of us enjoyed our day immensely. This small town is a fantastic place to stay as the locals are great and the cost is not as high as the tourist sections of Amalfi and Positano. The food in was the best of our trip. Our host was able to help us out with pickup to and from the markets/restaurants. Helped us locate free parking. And was very patient and helpful throughout our stay. The stairs are the downfall, but you get use to them in a day and well worth the climb for the views. We WILL be back to this location and next time it will be for a week.

Comfortable home with a beautiful view! Positano is so beautiful. This home made the experience so wonderful. It took us a few days to learn the system of the buses and taxis, so as to avoid all the stairs. Study this part well before you go, as multiple trips up and down to the beach by foot will make your vacation feel more like sports training rather than a relaxing visit! The home itself had everything you can imagine needing for a comfortable trip. It was also conveniently located by a mini market for groceries, that was relatively easy to access by foot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Vincenza. The villa is lovely. It is spacious and clean and the view from the terrace is nothing short of spectacular. For breakfast and in the evening at sunset with a glass of wine there is no better place. It's a steep climb up but it is worth it. ”

Upon arrival to Naples I called my point of contact as instructed and was told there had been a problem with my villa and I was being moved temporarily. Upon arrival at this new villa I was greeted by Maria. The check-in process went well and the villa was very nice, except that shortly into our stay we realized the air conditioner wasn't working. We called Maria to assist and she informed us someone would come the next day to fix. The next day no one came. We were moved that evening to our original villa for which they got someone to move our luggage and we had to walk all the way we weren't offered any transportation. When we arrived at Villa Maria it was extremely hot inside shortly after Ms. Fortana left I called to inform that the air conditioner was also not working here. They said someone would come out the next day. They next day when someone came to see it. I received a message while we were out that the air would need to be replaced in the living room and that would take at least two days. I informed them that this was unacceptable and that I either wanted to be moved or credited money. Ms. Fortunata responded by saying that this wasn't her fault and that was it. I asked for Maria to call me and I myself call and texted her several times. She never responded. The air conditioner was replaced two days later and finally we had air. I was told they didn't have a key to come in and repair the air, but when they came they opened the door while my son was taking a bath and scared him to death. The view of Villa Maria is great and the main bathroom is great as well everything else is outdated, ugly, and somethings even broken. There was no awning in the patio, when I asked upon arrival they said "last renters broker it". The washing machine tore up our clothes and there are surge portector cords used for appliances in the kitchen hanging over the sink. I would not recommend staying here or using this company ever. I have traveled quite a bit using VRBO and Homeaway and never received such poor service!

Great location and beautiful views from both balconies. There are about 60 steps to get down to the villa from the main road but this was the case with many places. The town of Praiano is very charming and there were many great restaurants and shops in close walking distance. The only complaint we had was that the bed in the upstairs master bedroom was hard and not very comfortable for the couple that was staying in that room, although some people might prefer a firmer mattress.”

La casa y sus instalaciones son realmente espectaculares, muy comodas y de acuerdo a lo que se ha publicado en el anuncio. Un caso aparte es el anfitrión de la casa, Antonino, es una persona tremendamente amable y dispuesta ayudar en todo, nos ha recibido con mucha alegría y con un vino blanco frío de la zona para comenzar a gozar las bondades de Praiano. Gracias Antonino por tu generosidad y tremenda actitud, haz hecho de nuestra estadía en Praiano unos días inolvidables para toda nuestra familia. La única advertencia que no se nos ha hecho ha sido la subida a la casa por medio de una escalera muy pronunciada de 300 escalones, que seguramente para un adulto con problemas de movilidad o para niños muy pequeños puede ser un problema importante a la hora de acceder a la casa. Pero como recompensa de esa imponente subida tienes la espectacular vista que tiene toda la casa y la tremenda terraza sobre el mar mediterráneo que esta a los pies del pueblo de Praiano, que es encantador y muy acogedor. Huge place and AMAZING view!! I'm so glad we picked this place in praiano! It was only a mile walk to the beach (although all uphill on the way back up to the house) and the view is amazing!! It was so much nice than Positano in my opinion. The place was much larger than I expected and was fully stocked in the kitchen. The outdoor space was lovely and very large. We absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend staying here!

“If you're looking for incredible views and a relatively quiet location that is accessible by bus or taxi to all the desirable areas along the Amalfi Coast, Praiano is the place. At Maria's location, Villa de Genestra, be prepared to lug your luggage (and throughout the stay, your body) up and down 37 steep stairs. Our views in both daylight and nighttime were awe-inspiring beyond description. The place was large, quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable in the two main bedrooms. Bathrooms were sufficient, with a larger version near the master and a smaller one along the main hall. All in all, it was a great stay. ”
