Information about the villa
Villino del Reale is a characteristic two-story cottage which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villino Del REale you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon. Villino Del Reale is 60 square meters (645 square feet).
It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villino from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 292 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villino del Reale. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Villino Del Reale is not recommended for children under 14.
The swimming pool is 1.8 meters (6 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Positano. Giampaolo was a great host! The house is so unique and rustic with modern upgrades and features. Very clean with well-thought-out amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Getting there is something else. With over 300 stairs from the road to the house, start working on your cardio long before arriving. If you have small children or have mobility issues, this property is not for you. There is also private beach access below the road which is an additional trek down almost 200 stairs. But if this doesn't bother you, it is all worth it! The view from the top is beyond breathtaking and you get to burn some calories after eating all that amazing food at the restaurants closeby. There is a lift for your luggage so you don't have to pull them up the stairs with you. For us, we were very satisfied with this property and host. We simply loved it !
This air bnb had spectacular views! The shower was huge and the ac worked great. The steps to get to the air bnb were a steep 300+ stair climb so I would consider your fitness if you book this location. Additionally, it’s about a 400m walk to the start of the main city streets and more stairs to get to the main beaches. The private beach was awesome and a lot more steps down, but that is most of positano. The mini fridge worked fine, no microwave and the toaster oven didn’t work. very spacious with a great patio. The host has a series of lift systems in place to move luggage up the cliffs to the air bnb easily and that was a nice feature. Paolo was kind and responsive if needed. I would consider booking a scooter to get around easier.
Amazingly beautiful property. The 300 steps are no joke but it was definitely worth it!
incredible property built into the cliffs with a fantastic view, private terrace and unique charm. Absolutely worth the 300 steps to get there! Private parking and beach access are a luxury in Positano. Our host was really welcoming and couldn’t have done more to help us settle in.
