Reviews of Villa Antonio
“We had an amazing time at Maria’s property. The views were amazing and the house was incredible. Maria was very helpful. Would highly recommend.”
I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Praiano. The Villa was spacious, clean and well appointed. Maria was an excellent host, providing advice/assistance in a swift, friendly manner. The property is well located, only 10mins walk to supermarket and 15mins to the marina. We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Antonio!
“Great location right next to the church. Be prepared to do some hiking it’s a city of steps. We all enjoyed the exercise. But if you had any disabilities it would be challenging. Restaurants and grocery store Walking distance. Beautiful views. Definitely stay here again.”
Could not recommend Villa Antonio enough for those looking to enjoy their own space in what can be a busy Amalfi region! We were very happy that we chose to stay in Praiano, rather than the touristy Positano or Amalfi. Praiano still had many locals around and a very chilled vibe. Maria met us in town and showed us the way to the villa and where we could find free parking for the rental car. She then stayed on to give us plenty of advice about local restaurants and swimming spots - Kasai is a must-do for dinner. Whilst we made sure we got out and about to see the sights, it was also lovely to be able to spend time relaxing in the garden on the sun chairs. We made good use of the spa and ping pong table, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for when we wanted to cook for ourselves. There is a supermarket close by (although be aware that it shuts between midday and 3 or 4pm) and house had plenty of space for two couples.”
“We were in between staying in Praiano and Positano and are so glad we ended up going with lovely Villa Antonio. Maria was a perfect host and the villa itself was lovely. Great backyard with a lovely view. Plenty of room for a group of 6. There is lots of walking but the town is beautiful so it’s enjoyable sightseeing.”
