Situated on the main road that pass through the village the house is easily reachable by car (the villa has a private parking space) or by public local transportation .
It offers all the most modern facilities with high speed wifi, Digital TV, Stereo It can accomodate at least 9 people in its triple room (1) and double rooms (2) and two extra places in the sofabed. It has also 2 modern bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge.
A veranda leads to a large terrace unique for its view where you can lost in total relax hearing the music of the nature, reading a book or eating your meals having a look to the sea. You will live a dream, with your eyes closed or opened, it is not important, it is up to you.

Maria is a very helpful host. The key handoff was easy, and she provided us with a number of suggestions and recommendations for both food and activities.
Beautiful and breathtaking views of the coastline. Great outdoor space for eating and gathering at a table. Indoor space wasn’t used much, but was comfortable for 6 people no problems.
“This place was perfect for our family of five. The view was simply breathtaking, stunning, pittoresque, gorgeous and I can go on and on. Up in the mountains and so peaceful. A great place to rest from the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast. The location was ideal. In walking distance from two delicious restaurants namely Kasai and La Moressa. Approximately 30 minutes on foot to the Marina Di Praia where the beach is. A supermarket down the road in short walking distance from the Villa (the owner will even drive you back with all of your bags). The Villa was beautiful and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Parking was available right on the property at no additional cost. Last but not least, Maria was great, attentive and very professional. She resolved any issues we had in minutes. I will definitely return to Praiano. ”

The villa is gorgeous and the views are unbelievable. It’s close to local grocery store, pharmacy and restaurant Kasai (great food). There are a lot of hills and steps but you expect that in The Amalfi coast. It was very close to the beach and you had great privacy. Just keep in mind this is not a hotel so treat it as your own apartment and if you run out of toilet paper or paper towels, you need to run down to the store to buy them. I would definitely recommend the villa. Maria was great too and met us at arrival and explained everything. She was also very helpful with tips about restaurants, transportation and provided us with taxi information as well.
