Villa Positano can easily accommodate 12 guests in its 4 double bedrooms, all of which are furnished with fine antique furnishings . All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screened satellite T.V., desk , air conditioning and heating. In addition there are 2 comfortable sofa beds. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite.
All bathrooms have showers and one has a whirlpool bath. The fully-furnished kitchen boasts refrigerator/freezer , microwave oven, T.V., dishwasher and washing machine.
From the 60 sq. metre terrace there is a splendid 360° view of the Amalfi Coast and in particular Positano, Capri and the Isole Galli.
Dominating the terrace is a shared Jacuzzi whirlpool bath which can easily accommodate 6;a regenerating oasis for healty relaxation and enjoyment.
The terrace is partly shared by a portico and is equipped with comfortable masonry benches,tables, chairs, umbrellas, sun beds and an outdoor shower.
The property is situated directly of the main road ; a mere 20 steps lead to the splendid terrace and entrance.
The bus stop for Sorrento-Amalfi and the local Positano bus is just outside the gate.
Paid parking is available .
The centre of Positano is distant a few minutes walk away and can be reached by a pleasant walk along the roadway to the typical walkways with beautiful panoramic vistas of the town.
Positano shopping is world-know with everything from sandle-makers, clothiers, ceramicists and lequor manufactures located along the winding little streets. This property deserves more than just a glance . Don't hesitate to reserve.

We arrived in Positano with clear instructions on where and when to meet Maria's friend, Rosa. She was very helpful and so nice - showing us the lovely home and telling us about boat excursions, offering to set up restaurant reservations and explaining the car and bus options. The home is beautiful, with 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms. There are actually 2 kitchen areas and enough sitting space both inside and on the patio. There is a separate apartment upstairs and we met a nice Australian family while waiting for the bus which picks up right outside the house (but on Italian delayed schedule!). The house is walking distance to town if you don't have a car or don't want to wait for the bus. I highly recommend eating at Constantino and Taverna del Leone.
Nuestra experiencia en Villa Positano fue muy agradable. En todo momento nos sentimos muy cómodos. Los anfitriones nos recibieron como habíamos quedado y nos dieron todas las indicaciones para pasar una estadía perfecta. Nos recomendaron un mercado donde hacer las compras y que te llevan el pedido a domicilio, y nos recomendaron paseos, medios de transporte y hasta lugares para ir a cenar. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda. Está perfectamente presentada, limpia y confortable. Realmente nada que reprochar. Muy recomendable para quienes viajan en grupo.
"Excellent Villa and Location!" My family of 4 and another family of 4 stayed in this villa from Aug 3 to 8, 2013. It is exactly like the pictures and is a wonderful place to stay. It is perfect for two families - because there are two separate sides to it yet they are adjoining with two kitchens, 4 washrooms and 4 bedrooms and 2 washing machines. We spent a lot of time out on the deck overlooking the ocean from the chaise lounge chairs and cold tub. The location is awesome too - a short 10 minute walk to town, along the scenic coast. 8 of us were staying in Villa Positano in early May 2013.. The view from the villa blown us away and the warm welcome from Nicolas and Maria are still fresh in our memory. The villa is new and have everything we need, from the clean bed and bath, washing maschine, kitchen appliances, a whirlpool and fantastic view. We cook and have a "big family" breakfast everyday with no problem. The kitchen is more than descent. The villa is located in the main road and is a walking distance to the heart of Positano. It was an easy and pleasant stay. We missed the villa greatly and definitely missed Maria and Nicolas as well..
