The villa lies sheer above the sea on the beautiful Amalfi Coast that from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature's wonders all the way to Amalfi. The terraces offers spectacular sunset views overlooking the Gulf of Salerno and the Saracen Tower of Praiano. You enter the villa up a flight of about 70 steps. The villa is composed of three double bedrooms, a large living area with double divan bed. panoramic window and a Vietri ceramic floor, satellite-TV, 3 bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a local Laundromat with washing machine, dishwasher, large terrace with a spectacular views the sea. The villa is furnished with air conditioning and heating. . The beach at La Praia with several typical restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, bars, boat rental, scuba-diving centre is 5 minute walk away. The bus stop which connects Amalfi, Ravello, Positano and Sorrento is near the property. Praiano the nearest village with grocery store, butcher shop, emporium, bancomat services, first aid station, restaurants, bars and other services is 1 km away. Amalfi is 6 km away, Positano 4 km, Sorrento 15 km and Ravello 8 km. Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. The famous Sentieri degli Dei(Path of the Gods) can be easily reached from the villa.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The view is incredible and the house itself was very clean and the bedrooms were very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and Maria was very responsive and easily contactable whenever we needed to speak to her

The scenery of the accommodation was stunning.I would recommend people with the family. However, they could develop on the parking since we rented van and the parking provided couldn't fit in.

Praiano is a beautiful spot on the Amalfi Coast. The house is better than the pictures suggest as everything is new. Enormous terrace with several spaces to sit and relax and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very close to the marina where we caught the water taxi to Positano. Shopping delivered to your door. Maria was always eager to help us.

Firstly, a big thank you to Maria for suggesting Villa Marina di Praia for our trip - one of the best decisions of our holiday to Italy! Maria (owner) was great at communicating before our stay and met us at the house on arrival. He kindly provided a number of suggestions about the area and was always available by phone as needed. Couldn't ask for more. As for the villa, it is in a spectacular spot overlooking the sea. It is a few flights of stairs up to the main road (for buses to other parts of the Amalfi) and a similar number of stairs down to the water. While there isn't the same options for restaurants and bars as you will get in places like Positano, if you want a beautiful beach, great outlook down the coast and a more 'local' little town, you will love this place. Inside the villa is very spacious, all bedrooms are large with really nice ensuites, and the outside terrace is where we spent many, many hours. From our experience, I couldn't recommend it more highly and would go back without hesitation (we spent a week there).
