We advise you to use a car for your holiday in the villa, even if the local bus stop is a short walk's distance. Also, the grocery is 300 meters from the villa and they have a free delivery service as well, always a great convenience for the heavier items!
The entrance to the villa is along a short flight of stairs and surrounded by a beautifully planted and colorful garden. The parking is next to this entrance as well.
Villa Graziella is about 200 square meters and has a beautiful round swimming pool (4.5 meters wide and 1.3 meters deep) with chrome therapy and shower. On the classic terrace, you will have broad, unobstructed views of the dazzling sea, while enjoying the solarium, the comfortable tables, sunbeds with umbrellas and a two seat teeter-totter!
You will always be comfortable in Villa Graziella with air conditioning and heating. Also provided are free wi-fi and television.
Villa Graziella has a lovely dining room with comfortable dining for 6. Further comfort is to be found on comfortable couches and in cozy chairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped with absolutely everything you will need to make an amazing meal at home, Italian Style!! Also for your convenience is a dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer.
There are three large, comfortable double bedrooms to accommodate 8 people plus two divan beds for four more people, for a total of ten sleeping spaces.
Four full bathrooms complete this lovely villa. one is a bit larger and is fitted with a Jacuzzi pool, while the other has a shower and the washing machine as well.
